I'm Justin Souza. I'm a father to two ridiculous mop-haired boys, an extensively published writer, husband to a genius poet (who also happens to be an incredible partner at this whole wedding photography thing) and an adventurous geek who lives with a camera in hand. Not like a cyborg, exactly, but let's just say that if that becomes an option in the future, I'll look into it.

When I say I want your photos to be just so, I don't mean that solely as a pun on my name - I want them to be a perfect reflection of your day, of the big emotions and spontaneous moments you'll want to remember forever, in full color. That means I lean heavily towards the photojournalist style of wedding photography, capturing your day as it unfolds organically around us (though obviously we'll shoot plenty of portraits, too). We're going to laugh together or, at the very least, you will laugh at the weird lengths I'll go to get a shot, which is almost as good.

In my previous life as a writer, I spent my time creating stories. I do the same thing now: weddings are, ultimately, about two stories becoming one. The only thing that's changed is the media I use for capturing them.

As a married couple ourselves, Dana and I have experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to get straight answers from photographers about pricing and availability. That’s why we try to shoot straight with every client - we’re upfront about our pricing, fanatical about responding to queries and committed to creating a connection with our clients, who have chosen us to be part of the most important and intimate day of their lives.

Let's chat. Visit our Instagram or Facebook, check out our portfolio or just contact us with any questions you have. We're here. And we look forward to capturing your story.
